Company profile

OpenAirlines is a French startup company located in Toulouse, center of the European Air and Space industry.

It was founded in 2006 by former key managers of a major European airline with the objective to bridge the gap between airlines and the IT industry, as well as between airlines and constructors.

It has been labeled "Young Innovative Enterprise" by the French Ministry of Research for the innovative breakthroughs it introduces to decision support systems for the airline industry.

People

Our consultants have led more than 40 projects for airlines, optimizing most parts of their operations: Flight ops, OCC, Crew Management, Dispatch, Revenue Management, IT, Environment...
They have experience in regional airlines as well as legacy carriers.

Management

Alexandre Feray, OpenAirlines founder and CEO, is a graduate from Ecole Centrale Paris, one of the top French engineering schools.
He has been an expert in development since his teen years where he invented a programming language commercialized by Apple Computer.
More importantly for his current venture, he has been the lead architect of Air France OCC reengineering project and has been the head of Air France Crew Management IT department for 7 years.
