What is Custom Flight Indicators module?

Custom flight indicators is a user-defined flight event detection feature tailored to analyze specific aspects of your flight operations. It enables advanced users to conduct highly customized and autonomous fuel efficiency studies.

For example, define on a particular airport the moment in climb when you would like to study the altitude and fuel burn, or detect the time spent climbing between the top of climb and maximum cruise altitude.

Any point in flight, or any geographical waypoint, can be defined and used to derive indicators.

Some examples:

  • You can fine‑tune company procedures: compare actual vs. target profiles on very specific flight segments, evaluate compliance to a new approach procedure, and evaluate both fuel and on-time-performance impacts of flight configurations (eg. flaps or speedbrake patterns).
